A graduate of Mayo Medical School, Dr. Phillips completed his internship at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and his residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. With each patient, Dr. Phillips takes care to understand each patient’s symptoms and talks through their course of treatment, making sure patients are comfortable and get their questions answered.
Outside of seeing patients, Dr. Phillips enjoys spending time with his family.
