About Jennifer Merholz, NP

Jennifer Merholz, NP, is a nurse practitioner with BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab Medicine in Green Bay, Kaukauna, and Marinette, Wisconsin. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Norbert College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University.

With experience in ICU, PACU, and procedural nursing in Pain Management at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Jennifer developed a deep appreciation for the role pain management plays in improving patients’ quality of life. She is committed to helping individuals manage pain through personalized, evidence-based strategies that enhance functionality and overall well-being.

Jennifer enjoys educating patients and working collaboratively to develop individualized care plans that align with their health goals. She believes in empowering patients to live fuller lives by reducing pain and restoring their ability to participate in the activities they love. A lifelong learner, she is excited to be part of a team dedicated to innovative, interventional pain management solutions.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her family outdoors—whether on the water or in the woods, in every season.
