About Nicholas M. Pflum, DNP

Nicholas M. Pflum, DNP, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at BayCare Clinic, with locations in Green Bay, Manitowoc, and Kaukauna. He holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2022, and is an Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). 

Prior to his current role, Nick served as a registered nurse at UW Health for six years, gaining valuable experience in an acuity-adaptable cardiothoracic unit. His clinical expertise is complemented by a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for promoting health and wellness. 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nick enjoys outdoor activities, including spending time at the lake, kayaking, and engaging in sports such as golf, tennis, and basketball. He values quality time with his family and dog, further enriching his approach to well-rounded patient care.
