We're thrilled to announce the latest round of grants and scholarships from the BayCare Clinic Foundation! Our commitment to supporting health and education in our community continues with two generous grants. A grant of $5,000 was awarded to Veterans First NEW through Leadership Green Bay Team #6 to construct a shed that will play a crucial role in facilitating the construction of a Tiny Homes Village for Veterans. Also, a $2,500 grant was awarded to the Oral Health Partnership for their Toothbrush Giveaway 2024 initiative.
Furthermore, our dedication to fostering future medical professionals is exemplified through a Purples Aces scholarship awarded by Orthopedics & Sports Medicine BayCare Clinic in Green Bay. Congratulations to Southwest High School senior, Addison Pyleski, who will receive $1,500 in support of her studies as she plans to attend Northern Michigan University in the fall.
We are also pleased to announce an EMT Tuition Reimbursement Award, provided in collaboration with Christopher Sorrells and Aurora BayCare Medical Center. The following individuals were awarded tuition reimbursement to help cover their education-related expenses: Meghan Heusner, James Matthews, Joan Page, and Kristin Schlehr. This investment in our future healthcare providers underlines our ongoing commitment to health education and community support.
