Donna Lautenbach, executive project coordinator at BayCare Clinic, loves the fast pace and variety that her role offers. She says the title matches the role in that her projects come from the leadership team and could be anything.
“Much of my role focuses on the legal arena. I am involved with leases, employment agreements, and professional service agreements. Additionally, I am very familiar with our operating agreements.”
Donna strives to be an essential member of the executive leadership team, working toward a common goal.
“I feel like I am contributing to developing goals and strategies that are going to ensure continued growth and bring the company into the future,” she says. “What makes BayCare better makes things better for our patients and our staff.”
Donna started with BayCare in 2004 as the executive assistant to the CEO, then immersed herself in further understanding the organization and grew her skillsets to become a member of the leadership team that she once assisted.
“I encourage all women to pursue their dreams. Work hard. Play hard. Never give up.”
When Donna isn’t working, she loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her granddaughters. She also enjoys spending time at her cottage and being outside whether it’s going for a hike, bike ride or walk.
