Dr. Ashwani Bhatia is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of BayCare Clinic, bringing over 20 years of clinical experience and a decade of healthcare leadership to the organization. He is dedicated to driving operational, financial, and quality performance to ensure the success of the clinic, with an unwavering focus on delivering the highest standard of care to patients. A strong advocate for diversity and equity, Dr. Bhatia upholds the principles of ESG in his leadership approach.
In addition to his executive role, Dr. Bhatia continues to practice internal medicine at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, where he also serves on the executive board. He is an adjunct associate professor at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, a member of the UW-Green Bay Council of Trustees, and a board member for New North, Inc.
Dr. Bhatia earned his medical degree in New Delhi, India, completed internal medicine training in London, England, and finished his residency in Odessa, Texas. He also holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
