Ride from Green Bay to Lake Michigan and back

The BayCare Clinic Century bicycle tour is one of the most popular cycling events in Northeast Wisconsin, with more than 700 registered riders in 2024.

The BayCare Clinic Century offers 100-, 60-, 30- and 15-mile routes. No matter your age or skill level, we’ll have an adventure tailored for you to enjoy. It's a wonderful day of riding and camaraderie.

Century riders will bike from the waters of Green Bay to Lake Michigan and back, going Bayshore to Lakeshore.

Our signature event starts and finishes at BayCare Clinic headquarters, 1035 Kepler Drive, on Green Bay’s east side.

When you hit the road, rest stops are your essential pit stop to refuel and recharge. All rest stops will provide water, Gatorade, pickles and sunscreen/SPF lip balm.

The BayCare Clinic Century tour is sponsored by the BayCare Clinic Foundation.

All proceeds from the event go to the BayCare Clinic Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which supports causes and organizations that promote improved health and livelihood in northeastern Wisconsin.

Proceeds from the 2024 BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore ride helped support the following:

Center for Suicide Awareness, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin (BBBS), BRAs of the Bay, Veterans First of NEW, the Oral Health Partnership, the EMT Tuition Reimbursement Award and numerous scholarships.
