How do I request a prescription refill with myBayCare?

From Medications, click 'Manage My Pharmacies' and follow the prompts. It generally takes two business days to process a prescription refill request.

Prescription request policy

Our providers consider refill prescriptions only during regular business hours. Medication refill requests received by our office Monday through Thursday will be addressed within 24 hours. Requests received on Friday may not be addressed until the following Monday.
