Dr. Adam Haggerty, DO has joined BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab, bringing a unique background in both emergency medicine and pain management.
Dr. Haggerty earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and practiced as an emergency medicine physician before pursuing additional specialty training in pain medicine.
Through his experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, Dr. Haggerty developed a passion for helping individuals find lasting relief and improve their quality of life. He went on to complete a pain medicine fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin, gaining advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of complex pain conditions.
Dr. Haggerty believes in treating every patient as he would a member of his own family. He takes a collaborative approach to care, ensuring patients understand their condition and treatment options while actively participating in decisions about their care. By developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals, he helps patients make informed choices and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Haggerty specializes in the treatment of back pain, neck pain, joint pain, neuropathy, and other chronic pain conditions. Combining compassionate care with advanced, minimally invasive injections and advanced surgical techniques, he is dedicated to helping patients improve function, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Dr. Haggerty enjoys spending time outdoors in northern Wisconsin with his wife and three children. He can be found fishing, hiking, boating and exploring the wonderful natural resources Wisconsin has to offer.
