Our neuropsychology team is trained in clinical psychology, with additional training to understand the relationship between the brain and behaviors or functions of the brain. These functions include attention, memory, language, and problem-solving skills.

We specialize in issues related to learning, behavioral and social problems for adults and children. Our patients often report:

The first step of a neuropsychological evaluation is an interview with the patient to discuss their history and symptoms.

Further testing may include intelligence tests, problem solving, memory, language, visual-spatial abilities, mental processing speed, attention, motor and sensory evaluations. Measures of mood and personality also may be included.
