The Healthy Lifestyle Premium Discount Program (HLP) was implemented to promote health and wellness to our employees/physicians. The program also helps contain escalating healthcare costs to BayCare Health Plan members. This voluntary program is designed to assist Health Plan members to take ownership of their health and reward them for doing so.
2025 Complete Healthy Lifestyles Premium Discount Program
The HSA option gives you a smart, tax-advantaged way to save for healthcare expenses—helping you plan ahead, manage costs, and take control of your financial wellness. Available to part-time and full-time employees and partners enrolled in the Silver or Black Plan.
2026 Limits:
- Self-only coverage - $4,400
- Family coverage - $8,750
- 55 and older catch up - $1,000

Available to full-time employees enrolled in the Blue Plan. Partners are not eligible.

Available to full-time employees and enrolled in the Silver or Black Plan and an HSA. Partners are not eligible.

- Dependent Care FSA: Our Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) helps you save on eligible childcare and eldercare expenses by using pre-tax dollars—making it easier to manage your family's care while reducing your taxable income. Available to all full-time employees with dependents under the age of 18 regardless of medical enrollment. Partners are not eligible.
- 2026 Limits:
- If you are single (or married & filing a joint federal tax return) you may contribute $7,000. You are limited to the amount of your annual earnings if you or your spouse earned less than $7,000 that calendar year.
- If you are married but filing separate federal tax returns you are limited to the lesser of $3,500 or your earned income.
